About the roleWe are looking for a proactive HR & Operations Manager to lead daily activities across our warehouse, logistics, and office environments. The role combines people management with operational oversight to ensure a compliant, efficient, and positive workplace.Key responsibilitiesManage end‑to‑end HR functions: attendance, leave, payroll coordination, visa and contract renewals, and compliance with UAE labour law.Handle employee relations, grievances, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.Lead blue‑collar recruitment for warehouse staff, drivers, loaders, and helpers, covering sourcing, screening, onboarding, and documentation.Oversee daily warehouse and office operations, coordinating with sales, logistics, finance, and suppliers to meet business targets.Track inventory, dispatch schedules, operational KPIs, and suggest cost‑saving improvements.Maintain office administration, procurement, safety standards, and overall workplace cleanliness.Required profileBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.4–7 years of combined HR and operations experience in trading, retail or logistics, preferably in footwear or stock‑lot business.Strong knowledge of UAE labour legislation and HR best practices.Proven ability to recruit and manage blue‑collar workforces.Excellent communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills.Required skillsMS OfficeHR systems (basic)What we offerCompetitive salary of AED 10,000 (adjusted for experience) with performance‑based incentives.Dynamic, collaborative work culture.Growth opportunities within a leading stock‑lot footwear trading company.
