HR Recruiter / HR Manager – Dubai

We are a Dubai-based stock market and financial services company looking for an experienced HR Recruiter/ HR Manager to lead recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring
  • Handle onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, warning letters, and final settlements
  • Conduct performance reviews, probation follow-ups, and training programs
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain HRMS records
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, visa and employee documentation
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–10 years of HR experience in the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and UAE Labour Law
  • Experience in high-volume hiring and handling multiple departments
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, HRMS, and recruitment portals
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Immediate joiner preferred
Preferred: Experience in telesales, call center, hospitality, or service industry recruitment.

Familiarity with Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukrigulf, Dubizzle, and Bayzat is an advantage.
