Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Supervisor to join a leading Facilities Management team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in HVAC supervision, chilled water systems, preventive maintenance, team coordination, and site operations. The role requires a technically strong and responsible professional who can supervise HVAC teams, coordinate maintenance activities, ensure service quality, and maintain compliance with project requirements and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily HVAC maintenance and operational activities.
  • Coordinate and manage HVAC technicians and site teams.
  • Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance works.
  • Ensure proper implementation of HVAC SOPs and maintenance procedures.
  • Inspect HVAC systems, chilled water systems, drawings, and site installations.
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, facility teams, and subcontractors when required.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned works with proper quality and safety standards.
  • Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and maintenance records.
  • Troubleshoot HVAC-related issues and support technical problem-solving on site.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and facility management requirements.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of HVAC supervision experience.
  • Proven experience in chilled water system projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent English communication and reporting skills.
  • Good knowledge of HVAC systems, drawings, and project coordination.
  • Experience with preventive maintenance and HVAC SOPs.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
  • Diploma or Certification in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering is required.
  • UAE Facilities Management experience is an advantage.
