Hypermarket Operations Manager - Retail Division

You will serve as the primary strategic and floor leader for a high-traffic hypermarket location, responsible for orchestrating complex FMCG inventory logistics, executing strict profit and loss optimizations, managing massive multi-department workforces, and ensuring absolute adherence to aggressive store turnover targets and food safety mandates.Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or formal Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, Commerce, or a highly related operational field. A minimum of 6 to 8 years of proven, high-performance experience in high-volume hypermarket management, large-scale FMCG supermarket operations, or high-density retail franchises within the GCC is strictly required. Absolute mastery of retail P&L dynamics, fresh food wastage mitigation, stock aging analytics, and municipal regulatory compliance frameworks is mandatory. Exceptional leadership, multi-cultural workforce direction, and crisis resolution skills are essential to manage high-pressure daily operations. Fluency in English is required; operational proficiency in Hindi, Malayalam, or Arabic is highly advantageous.Physical & Security Criteria: The role requires exceptional physical stamina and psychological resilience for managing high-stress logistics across massive floor layouts and overseeing active team shifts during intense promotional, holiday, and shopping festival seasons.
