We are looking for an Identity Security Consultant to join our technical team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support CyberArk PAM environments, including Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, Safes, platforms, and privileged accounts
  • Perform CyberArk solution installation, configuration, upgrade, migration, and periodic maintenance activities
  • Manage account onboarding, provisioning, deprovisioning, password rotation, session monitoring, and access workflows
  • Configure and maintain CyberArk connectors and integrations with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, ITSM, SIEM, and other enterprise systems
  • Support CyberArk Identity capabilities such as SSO, MFA, user lifecycle management, and application integrations
  • Manage CyberArk EPM agents, policies, application controls, privilege-elevation rules, and endpoint security configurations
  • Apply IAM governance, least-privilege, privileged-access security, and Zero Trust principles across solution designs and operational processes
  • Monitor platform health, identify root causes, and resolve operational and technical issues within agreed SLA targets
  • Support disaster recovery, backup, business continuity, and security-hardening activities
  • Deliver CyberArk workshops, proof-of-concept studies, technical training, and knowledge-transfer sessions for customer teams
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and implementation records
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders
  • Ensure that all solutions comply with security policies, audit requirements, and CyberArk best practice

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM solutions
  • Practical knowledge of CyberArk Privilege Cloud and/or CyberArk PAM Self-Hosted
  • Experience with CyberArk components such as Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, DR Vault, Safes, platforms, and connectors
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise or managed-service environments
  • Knowledge of CyberArk Identity and Endpoint Privilege Manager is highly preferred
  • Solid understanding of IAM governance, privileged-access security, least-privilege principles, and Zero Trust architecture
  • Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Server, networking, and authentication protocols
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, PowerShell, scripting, and automation is an advantage
  • CyberArk certifications such as CyberArk Defender, Sentry, or Guardian are highly preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical-thinking, and root-cause analysis skills
  • Ability to manage technical responsibilities independently in a customer-facing environment
  • Strong documentation, presentation, and stakeholder-communication skills
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Current UAE residency or willingness and availability to relocate to Dubai
