Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Sales role based in Dubai with a salary of up to 4,000 AED. The role focuses on generating and converting leads for various migration programs, including skill, business, investment, employer-sponsored, student, and family visas.

Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with prospective clients, understanding their immigration needs, and presenting suitable visa options and services. The position involves explaining eligibility criteria, outlining process steps, and coordinating documentation requirements in collaboration with internal immigration consultants. The role also includes maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, following up with clients to drive closures, achieving sales targets, and representing DMC Immigration professionally in all client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Immigration Issues and Global Immigration practices, with the ability to guide clients on different pathways.
  • Understanding of Immigration Policy and relevant Law to explain basic eligibility criteria and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working with various Visas categories, such as skilled, business, investment, employer-sponsored, student, and family visas.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a consulting or service-based environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build trust and manage client expectations clearly and professionally.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications for tracking leads, updating client records, and preparing reports.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple leads and cases simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in immigration consultancy, travel, education consultancy, or related customer-facing roles is an advantage.
  • Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, law, international relations, or a related field is preferred.
