With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.</p><p><br></p><p>As the <strong>Influencer, Social Media & Strategic Partnerships Specialist</strong>, you will drive creator-led growth, social storytelling, and strategic partnerships that accelerate customer acquisition, strengthen brand relevance, and unlock scalable growth opportunities for noon Minutes. Sitting at the intersection of marketing, partnerships, and analytics, you'll turn insights into campaigns that deliver measurable business impact.</p><ul><li>Own influencer campaigns end-to-end, from strategy and creator sourcing to briefing, execution, reporting, and optimization.</li><li>Build and manage relationships with creators across mega, macro, micro, and nano tiers, ensuring authentic and high-performing collaborations.</li><li>Negotiate commercial terms, manage contracts, campaign deliverables, timelines, and budgets.</li><li>Develop and execute social-first campaigns that align with business priorities, product launches, promotions, and cultural moments.</li><li>Partner with the Brand and Content teams to shape social media calendars and channel strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Snapchat.</li><li>Identify emerging trends and react quickly with relevant, high-impact content and creator activations.</li><li>Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with brands, communities, universities, residential compounds, sports clubs, content platforms, and other local ecosystems to drive customer growth.</li><li>Design partnership initiatives that generate measurable outcomes including customer acquisition, increased order frequency, improved basket size, and deeper market penetration.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Growth, Operations, Brand, and Performance Marketing teams to activate partnerships across digital, in-app, on-ground, and creator channels.</li><li>Use data and performance insights to evaluate influencer effectiveness, optimize investment decisions, and prioritize partnership opportunities.</li><li>Analyze hub- and area-level performance to identify high-potential markets where creator and partnership activity can accelerate demand.</li><li>Track campaign performance against KPIs including reach, engagement, customer acquisition cost (CAC), orders, ROI, and sentiment, providing actionable insights and recommendations.</li><li>Build repeatable playbooks for successful influencer and partnership models that can be scaled across cities and markets.</li><li>Coordinate with external agencies, creators, and partners to ensure seamless execution and consistently high-quality delivery.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What you'll need:</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, strategic partnerships, growth marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns and external partnerships.</li><li>Strong understanding of the UAE and KSA creator ecosystems, social media platforms, and digital culture.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to identify and execute growth-focused partnerships that deliver measurable business outcomes.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with experience using campaign performance data, dashboards, and marketing metrics to drive decisions.</li><li>Experience evaluating influencer audiences, campaign performance, and ROI to optimize investments.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Who will excel?</strong></p><ul><li>We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.</li><li>You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.</li><li>We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.</li><li>noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.</li></ul>
