We are looking for an Institutional Sales Representative (Arabic Speaker) based in Dubai to join our growing team.

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in Institutional Sales, Business Development, or Account Management within the Forex, CFD, or Financial Services industry
  • Experience selling CFD liquidity, trading technology, or other B2B brokerage solutions is highly preferred
  • An existing network within the brokerage, fintech, or institutional trading industry is a strong advantage.
  • Good knowledge of FX business, CFD specifics in a target region
  • Very good interpersonal skills: sales personality, ability to maintain client interest, ability to close deals and consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and generate new business opportunities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Professional proficiency in English and Arabic is required (additional languages would be viewed as an asset)
  • Experience in selling payment solutions or technology to brokers would be viewed as an asset
  • Based in Dubai, willingness to travel (events/exhibitions and other networking opportunities)
Responsibilities
  • Generate leads via personal network and networking events
  • Excellent customer service throughout the whole sales cycle from initial contact to completion
  • Present products and solutions to prospective clients (remotely and in person)
  • Prepare business plans for the targeted region
  • Engage with prospective clients via email, phone, and social media
  • Collaborate closely with the Product, Marketing, and Technology teams
  • Stay up to date with developments in the industry
  • Represent the company at industry events, expos, and client meetings
  • Maintain an organized database of clients and or prospects while supporting them
