This role is pivotal in delivering bespoke insurance solutions to our diverse clientele and driving growth within the UAE market. The ideal candidate will provide clients with personalized life insurance plans fostering long-term relationships and achieving sales excellence.

What you will do Prospect for new clients, generate sales leads and meet monthly sales targets. Understand the client’s need for life insurance and savings and propose customized plans that suit their requirements. Assisting with policy renewals, amendments, claims and managing client portfolio. Keep up-to-date knowledge of various life insurance products and their benefits. Adhere to industry regulations, ethical standards and company policies. Required Skills Experience: Life insurance or sales experience preferred. Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and business development goals. Client-Centric Approach: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver client-first advisory services. Analytical Skills: Ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable life insurance products. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is essential.
