Insurance Coordinator ( LOCUM )

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities and Duties : </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Ensures all necessary insurance approvals are taken before dispensing.</li><li>Takes the insurance approval, whenever required.</li><li>Follow up with the insurance companies in case if there is any denial, without a proper reason for that or if the customer insists. </li><li>follow up with the insurance companies for high value medicines (To check properly each line of the authorization; pharmacy bill and approval request- in order to avoid all possible rejections)</li><li>To trace any bill details/insurance approvals, in case if the department (pharmacy/insurance) or the insurance company needs as a part of the audit/ reconciliation.</li><li>To attend the insurance companies training programs and to disseminate the information to the other staff.</li><li>To take insurance approval / and to do the follow-ups (if necessary) - for all the bills entered during the system downtime.</li><li>To do a cause analysis for the rejected bills and to take utmost care and provide training to the staff (if necessary) based on that.</li><li>To help the insurance department for resubmission of the rejected claims (if any) and to keep the data for reference.</li><li>To check the insurance bills of the previous day for the accuracy of medicines entered against the prescription. (In order to avoid rejection and also to avoid inventory variation).</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications & Experience :</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy ( This is mandatory as the selected candidate will be assign to the PHARMACY Department. )</strong></li><li>2-3 years hospital/clinic experience in GCC</li><li>This a LOCUM position good for 3 to 6 months ONLY</li><li>Candiddate MUST have their Own Visa : Sponsor Visa, Golden Visa,Husband Visa is Mandatory Requirement.</li><li>ONLY candidate who meets the above requirement will be contacted.</li></ul><p><br></p>
