Role Summary Support the delivery of engaging internal communications that bring MAF’s strategy, culture, leadership priorities, and business initiatives to life for employees. Develop and execute communication plans and content across multiple channels to drive awareness, alignment, and engagement. Strengthen employee connection, trust, and collaboration by delivering clear, consistent, and impactful communications that support organisational objectives and enhance the overall employee experience. ROLE PROFILE - Develop and deliver internal communication strategies, plans, and campaigns aligned with business priorities, culture, leadership, and transformation initiatives. - Create clear, engaging, and audience-focused communication materials, including leadership messages, presentations, newsletters, frequently asked questions, and intranet content. - Manage and optimize internal communication channels to ensure timely, consistent, and effective employee communication. - Collaborate with business leaders, People and Organization, Corporate Communications, and change teams to align messaging and support organizational objectives. - Monitor communication effectiveness using employee feedback, engagement metrics, and performance insights to drive continuous improvement. - Support culture, change, leadership, and crisis communications while leveraging artificial intelligence tools to enhance content development, personalization, and engagement analysis with appropriate human oversight. Requirements - Hold a bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Media, Public Relations, Business, or a related field. - Demonstrate 7–9 years of experience in internal communications and employee engagement. - Manage leadership and change communications while developing engaging content across digital channels. - Build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver effective communication solutions aligned with business objectives.
