We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee inventory accuracy, monitor stock movements, conduct regular audits, and support efficient inventory management across the organization.

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

πŸ”Ή Monitor daily inventory movements, including receiving, issuing, transfers, returns, and adjustments.

πŸ”Ή Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure system quantities match physical stock.

πŸ”Ή Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits.

πŸ”Ή Investigate inventory discrepancies, shortages, damages, and variances and implement corrective actions.

πŸ”Ή Monitor stock levels, reorder points, and inventory availability to support uninterrupted operations.

πŸ”Ή Analyze inventory data and identify opportunities to improve stock accuracy and reduce excess or obsolete inventory.

πŸ”Ή Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, and Operations teams on inventory-related activities.

πŸ”Ή Maintain accurate documentation for stock receipts, transfers, adjustments, and disposals.

πŸ”Ή Prepare inventory reports, variance analysis, stock summaries, and performance dashboards for management.

πŸŽ“ Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Inventory Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

πŸ’Ό Proven experience as an Inventory Control Specialist, Inventory Controller, Stock Controller, Warehouse Specialist, or in a similar role.

πŸ“¦ Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, warehouse processes, and inventory management principles.

πŸ“Š Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
