Job Description

Prestige Computer Services (PCS) is a leading IT solutions provider in Qatar, specializing in computer hardware, laptops, desktops, servers, networking solutions, IT equipment rentals, repairs, maintenance, and managed IT services.

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic IT Hardware Technician to provide installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for our corporate and retail customers across Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and IT peripherals.
  • Diagnose and repair computer hardware and software issues.
  • Install and configure Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
  • Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Install and maintain network devices and structured cabling.
  • Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers.
  • Install and configure CCTV systems, biometric attendance systems, and IP telephony (preferred).
  • Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades.
  • Document service activities and maintain technical reports.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer support requests.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in computer hardware, networking, or IT support.
  • Strong knowledge of desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and networking equipment.
  • Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
