Jr. Legal Associate | Legal Counsel | Paralegal Jobs in Dubai Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Legal Associate to join their legal team in Dubai. The Junior Legal Associate will work closely with a Senior Legal Counsel, assisting in a variety of legal tasks and gaining valuable hands-on experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior-level legal professional looking to develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Senior Legal Counsel in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing legal documents, contracts, and agreements. - Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents to support the senior team member. - Prepare summaries, briefs, and other legal documentation under the guidance of the Senior Legal Counsel. - Manage and organize legal files, ensuring that all documents are up to date and accessible. - Coordinate with other departments to collect necessary information and documents. - Review compliance matters and ensure adherence to local laws and regulations. - Attend meetings and take minutes, providing administrative support to the legal team. - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Law or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in a legal role, ideally within the UAE. - Strong understanding of legal terminology, documentation, and basic legal principles. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in document formatting and organization. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus. - Ability to work under supervision and follow guidance while taking initiative. Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in corporate, commercial, or contract law. - Familiarity with UAE laws and regulations. - Certification in legal studies or paralegal qualifications.
