This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of basic accounting experience. You will work under the supervision of senior accountants and assist in maintaining accurate financial records and day-to-day finance operations.

Key Responsibilities: Support the CFO and CEO with day-to-day accounting tasks and internal financial reporting

Assist with recording and organizing financial transactions

Support invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic reconciliations

Help prepare internal financial reports and supporting documentation

Maintain accurate digital and physical financial records

Assist with petty cash, filing, and basic administrative tasks

Support monthly and year-end financial closing processes

Conduct follow-ups on outstanding payments from clients and issue tax invoices and receipts when due

Learn and adhere to internal accounting policies and procedures

Provide general support to the finance and administration team Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing)

0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or entry-level work preferred)

Basic understanding of accounting principles

Proficiency with Zoho Books, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets is required

Willingness to learn and take on new tasks

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude Preferred: Exposure to UAE financial practices or VAT is a plus
