ELE Interior Design is a friendly, boutique InteriorDesign Studio, we are looking to expand our workplace family.

Theideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking & a passion forInterior Design, an Architecture qualification is preferred. You should be ableto demonstrate working on high end Residential projects ideally within Dubai.We are looking for someone to grow in our team and offer plenty of opportunityto do so. You should be a clear communicator, take instructions, be detailorientated, deliver work promptly and be able to work independently onexecuting multiple projects within a team environment.

Responsibilities:

·Create attractive designs andlayouts for various projects following Company style

·Meet with client in order tounderstand the client's objectives and desires

·Communicate effectively withclient, vendors and team in order to address client's needs

·Prepare presentations anddrawings (3D, 2D, mood boards, mock-ups and renderings) for clients

·FF&E & Procurement

·Project supervision both onsiteand off, communicating with Clients & Contractors

·Reporting on progress andproviding solutions to the Head of Design & General Manager

·Maintain industry knowledge inorder to stay relevant

·Managing the ID departmentdeliverables, 3D team & Interns, providing advice and training &performance management


Requirements

·Bachelor's degree with at least 3+ years of experience in related field, majority to be within UAE

·Interior designer with creativeand passion in design

·Experienced in Luxury ResidentialInterior Design

·Proficient in software'sincluding AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Sketchup

·Strong creative and communicationskills

·Demonstrated ability to executeand manage teams
