We are looking for a Junior Lawyer to join as the legal expertise behind the product. This is not a traditional legal role: instead of advising clients, you will apply your legal knowledge to make our AI more accurate, more useful, and more trusted by the lawyers who rely on it. Responsibilities - Test the platform against real legal research scenarios and document issues, gaps, and inaccuracies - Advise the development team on legal logic, terminology, source hierarchy, and how lawyers actually work - Train and refine our language model by posing legal questions, reviewing its answers, and correcting them for accuracy and reasoning - Verify that outputs are correctly grounded in UAE legislation and case law - Help shape how legal content is structured and presented within the product Requirements - Law degree (UAE or international); 0–2 years of experience - Solid understanding of UAE legal sources, including DIFC and ADGM frameworks - Strong English; Arabic is a significant advantage for working with primary sources - Precise, detail-oriented, and able to explain legal reasoning clearly in writing - Genuine interest in AI and legal technology — no technical background required, but curiosity is essential What we offer - Hybrid working format combining office and remote work - A rare chance to build a legal AI product from the ground up rather than apply one - Direct collaboration with the founding and engineering teams - Real influence over a product used by law firms and legal departments across the region
