Summary

We are seeking a Global Influencer Marketing Executive who is genuinely passionate about creators, with a strong understanding of creator culture, emerging talent and digital trends. You will play a key role in supporting KAYALI's global influencer strategy, building meaningful creator relationships and identifying talent that authentically aligns with the KAYALI brand and community.

A core focus of the role will be owning the operational delivery of global influencer gifting and PR packages, including product and merchandise forecasting, supplier management, inventory and allocations, kitting, logistics and global shipping. Working closely with regional teams and cross-functional partners, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard, while supporting creator seeding, database management and performance tracking to continually grow and strengthen KAYALI's global influencer community.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing & Seeding

• Identify and recommend relevant creators for gifting, seeding and organic brand opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, managers and agencies

Influencer Database & Reporting

• Support the ongoing management and growth of the global influencer database, ensuring creator information is accurate and regularly updated.

• Support reporting on gifting performance, coverage and EMV generated from influencer seeding initiatives.

PR Packages, Gifting & Logistics

• Own the end-to-end coordination of global influencer PR packages and gifting, from initial planning through to delivery.

• Support the development and execution of PR packages for KAYALI product launches and key brand moments.

• Manage global product and merchandise allocations for influencer gifting across priority markets.

• Coordinate closely with Supply Chain, Operations, warehouses and regional teams to ensure all gifting components are delivered, kitted and dispatched according to agreed timelines.

• Maintain detailed gifting and logistics trackers

• Ensure regional teams have clear gifting guidelines, timelines, allocations and shipping information.

• Liaise directly with external suppliers and vendors to support the development and production of influencer PR packages, gifting materials and branded merchandise.

• Manage supplier timelines from briefing and sampling through to production and delivery, ensuring all elements are delivered on time.

• Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiencies, lead times and ways of working.

Forecasting & Inventory Planning

• Own and maintain the launch-by-launch influencer product and merchandise forecast.

• Work closely with the Global Influencer team and regional markets to forecast gifting quantities based on launch priorities.

• Consolidate regional forecasts and ensure sufficient stock is secured ahead of key launches.

• Maintain visibility of available influencer stock and proactively flag potential shortages or requirements.

• Act as a key point of contact between the Global Influencer team and regional teams for gifting, product allocations and logistics.

Budget Tracking

• Track and manage project spend across influencer gifting, PR packages, merchandise and logistics, ensuring activity remains within agreed budgets.

• Maintain up-to-date budget trackers

• Work closely with Finance, Procurement and suppliers to track quotes, POs, invoices and associated costs.

Adhoc

• Support the wider Global Influencer team with ad-hoc projects and priority initiatives.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years' experience within Influencer Marketing, PR, Communications or a related role, ideally within beauty, fragrance, fashion or luxury.

• Strong experience managing influencer gifting, PR mailers, product seeding or logistics.

• Proven experience working cross-functionally with logistics, supply chain, operations and warehouse teams, as well as external suppliers, vendors and fulfilment partners to deliver complex, time-sensitive campaigns.

• Highly organised with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple launches and deadlines simultaneously.

• Comfortable working with forecasts, inventory quantities, trackers and large datasets.

• Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing global shipments, product allocations and creator information.

• Strong understanding of the influencer and social media landscape, particularly Instagram and TikTok.

• Experience working with influencer platforms, databases or CRM systems is beneficial.

• Confident communicator who is comfortable working cross-functionally and with multiple international markets.

• Passionate about beauty, fragrance, creators and the KAYALI community.

• Proven success in negotiating and managing strategic partnerships across multiple regions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport at all organizational levels.

• Passion for luxury fragrances and understanding of the beauty industry landscape.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Fluent in English; additional language skills (Arabic, French) advantageous.
