Job Summary

We are looking for a talented 3D Architect with proven experience in swimming pool and landscape design who can manage the complete design process from initial hand sketches to high-quality 3D visualization and final presentation. The ideal candidate should have strong architectural visualization skills and be able to convert client concepts into realistic and buildable designs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative pool and landscape concepts based on client requirements.
  • Convert hand sketches into detailed 2D drawings and 3D models.
  • Prepare complete landscape and pool layouts, including hardscape and softscape elements.
  • Create high-quality 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and visual presentations.
  • Produce mood boards, material selections, and design presentations.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure design feasibility.
  • Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
  • Prepare BOQ support drawings and construction details when required.
  • Ensure designs comply with Dubai Municipality and relevant authority standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pool and landscape design in the UAE or GCC.
  • Strong expertise in the complete design process (End-to-End):

  • 3D Modeling
  • Photorealistic Rendering
  • Presentation Preparation
  • Proficient in:
  • AutoCAD
  • SketchUp

  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Revit (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of landscape materials, swimming pool systems, lighting, water features, and outdoor living spaces.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience designing luxury villas, resorts, and residential landscapes.
  • Knowledge of irrigation systems, planting design, and outdoor lighting.
  • Experience creating animated walkthroughs and fly-through videos.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
