The Role
OpenTrain AI is seeking a Latin-English AI Language Model Trainer to support language quality review for generative AI systems. You will evaluate, analyze, rewrite, and create high-quality written content used to train and refine AI language models.
Success requires excellent written English, strong grammar and editing ability, critical thinking, careful judgment, and consistent application of detailed project instructions. The role is classified as intermediate-level contract work and offers a fixed price of $8,000 USD.

What You’ll Do
You will review large volumes of AI-generated text and make objective, well-supported decisions about quality, accuracy, clarity, relevance, consistency, and safety. You will also improve model outputs while preserving their intended meaning.
- Evaluate AI-generated text for quality, accuracy, grammar, clarity, relevance, and consistency.
- Rewrite responses to improve clarity, factual accuracy, usefulness, and structure.
- Compare multiple AI-generated responses and rank the one that best satisfies the user’s request.
- Identify factual inaccuracies, logical inconsistencies, hallucinations, misinformation, bias, and safety issues.
- Perform text annotation, classification, ranking, labeling, and evaluation tasks.
- Provide clear written justifications for evaluation decisions.
- Follow detailed project guidelines consistently.
- Meet established productivity, quality, and deadline expectations.
- Collaborate with project managers and quality reviewers to improve annotation quality.
Required Qualifications
