Live-out British Nanny / Governess based in Dubai ANN-DUBAI A warm and welcoming family based in Damac Hills, Dubai, is seeking an experienced, professional British Nanny/Governess to provide exceptional care for their two daughters, aged 4 months and 4 years. This long‑term, sole‑charge position requires a child‑care professional with strong early years development knowledge. Location: Damac Hills, Dubai Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday, 9:30 am – 8:00 pm Days Off: Monday & Tuesday Contract: Minimum 2‑year commitment Salary: AED 22,000–28,000 net per month (depending on experience) Key Responsibilities: - Full charge of the 4‑month‑old baby during the day, establishing routines, supporting sensory development and introducing weaning when appropriate. - Planning and delivering age‑appropriate educational and developmental activities in line with the EYFS framework. - Supporting the 4‑year‑old after nursery from around 5:30 pm with reading, educational play, British English language development and good manners. - Maintaining children’s routines and creating a calm, stimulating environment. - Conducting light nursery duties such as keeping bedrooms and play areas tidy, organising toys and managing children’s clothing. Candidate Requirements: - Native British English speaker. - Professional childcare qualification such as Norland, CACHE Level 3, Early Years Degree, Nursing qualification or equivalent. - Proven experience caring for newborns and young children. - Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS curriculum. - Already based in Dubai, ideally living in or near Damac Hills, Arabian Ranches, Mudon, Motor City, Studio City or Town Square. - Preferably holds a Spouse/Partner visa. - Own vehicle and valid UAE driving licence preferred for personal commute. Package: - AED 22,000–28,000 net per month, depending on experience. - Medical insurance. - Annual flight allowance.Long‑term employment with a minimum 2‑year contract. - Immediate start available.
