Local Representative / Virtual Assistant in Doha, Qatar (Part-Time, Long-Term)

We are looking for a reliable and proactive person based in Doha, Qatar to assist us with various local tasks on an ongoing basis.

We are planning to establish a company in Qatar and invest in real estate, so we are looking for someone who can act as our trusted local representative whenever an in-person presence is required.

Typical tasks may include:

- Visiting properties and recording detailed video tours

- Taking photos and providing honest feedback about properties

- Attending meetings with real estate agents or service providers

- Assisting with company formation-related appointments

- Collecting or delivering documents

- Helping communicate with local businesses and authorities

- Occasionally researching local services or obtaining quotations

- Other ad hoc local assistance as needed

Requirements:

- Currently living in Doha, Qatar

- Fluent English

- Good communication skills

- Reliable, organized, and responsive

- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Signal and email

- Able to record high-quality videos with a smartphone

- Able to travel within Doha when required

- Previous experience as a virtual assistant, personal assistant, relocation consultant, property assistant, or similar role is an advantage

This is not a full-time position, but we are looking for someone interested in building a long-term working relationship.
