About the Role TÜV Rheinland is looking for a proactive and organized Logistic Coordinator to support day-to-day logistics operations and ensure the smooth coordination of transportation, documentation, and administrative activities. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain efficient logistics processes while ensuring accurate records and timely communication.

Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree.
  • 4–5 years of experience in logistics, coordination, or a related field.
  • Good command of the English language (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Willingness to travel within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia when required.
  • Saudi nationals are preferred.
As a Logistic Coordinator, you will:
  • Coordinate daily logistics and transportation activities.
  • Maintain accurate logistics records, reports, and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments, vendors, and service providers.
  • Monitor shipments and ensure timely coordination of deliveries.
  • Prepare and update logistics-related reports using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Support administrative and operational logistics requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards.
  • Assist in resolving logistics-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Travel within Saudi Arabia to support operational requirements when needed.
