Logistics Assistant

Magrudy Enterprises LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Assistant to support daily logistics operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with UAE logistics and customs procedures. Practical experience using Dubai Trade, Mirsal 2, and handling customs documentation will be a key advantage. This role involves managing inventory, processing orders, coordinating shipments, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth logistics day to day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in planning and coordinating local and international shipments

· Prepare and maintain logistics documentation (delivery notes, invoices, shipping documents)

· Track shipments and follow up with suppliers, couriers, and warehouses

· Support inventory control and stock movement records

· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and deliveries.

· Liaise with warehouses, freight forwarders, and customs brokers as required

· Handle customer and internal inquiries related to deliveries and logistics issues

· Maintain accurate logistics records and reports

· Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE customs and transport regulations

· Resolve basic logistics issues and report discrepancies

Requirements:

· Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

· 1–2 years of experience in logistics or a similar role (UAE experience preferred)

· Basic knowledge of shipping, warehousing, and inventory management

· Basic understanding of logistics operations, shipping procedures, and customs processes.

· Hands-on experience with Dubai Trade / Mirsal 2, including customs declarations, customs inspection bookings, and Delivery Order (DO) requests.

· Experience processing Dubai Trade payments, including DO, Gate Pass (GP), and other related payments.

· Working knowledge of the Dubai Trade Modern Portal.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

· Good communication and organizational skills

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
