- Maintain attendance, data entry, and accurate records in PowerSchool.
- Supporting the substitute teacher coordination process.
- Provide administrative support to our Senior School Principal and other departments.
- Contribute to a positive, welcoming environment for students, families, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to support school operations and community goals.
- Advanced English literacy (oral & written) is required.
- Previous reception and administrative experience are required.
- Intermediate to advanced computing skills working across multiple applications.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
