As Manager Data & Analytics, you will lead the data, analytics, AI and innovation agenda by defining and delivering capabilities that enable data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, and business growth. Partner with business and corporate stakeholders to develop strategic roadmaps, drive innovation, and ensure the delivery of trusted insights, advanced analytics and user-centric technology solutions that create measurable business value. The role is based full-time in our Dubai office.

In this role, you will:

• Define and lead the Data, Analytics, AI and Innovation roadmap, partnering with Enterprise Data & Analytics and IT to deliver robust data platforms, tools and reporting, automated pipelines, effective data governance, and Master Data Management.
• Partner with business leadership to identify strategic data analytics and AI priorities, generating actionable insights, shaping the future analytics agenda, and driving adoption through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead the Business Intelligence function, delivering dashboards, reports and visualisation solutions that enable data-driven decision-making while continuously evaluating emerging technologies to enhance analytics capabilities.
• Monitor and optimise the performance of data and analytics initiatives, establishing KPIs, measuring value realisation, and enabling self-service analytics capabilities across the organisation.
• Direct industry, market, and competitive intelligence research, evaluating data sources, studies and benchmarks to strengthen decision support, maintain competitiveness and support business growth.
• Develop and implement enterprise analytics and AI governance and value frameworks, translating information and analytics programmes into measurable portfolios with clear reporting, engagement, ROI, and business value metrics.
• Lead the Operations Research and Advanced Analytics capability, overseeing the development of predictive models, machine learning and AI solutions, simulations, and optimisation tools that improve business performance, drive innovation, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Honours in relevant discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years in a relevant industry sector, with significant tenure in a managerial role.
• Experience in Business Analysis, Business Partnership, Business Performance Management, and generating business insight.
• Proven experience leading a BI team and driving advanced analytical approaches including Operations Research.
• Knowledge and experience of cutting-edge technology relevant to the industry.
• Sound knowledge of economic macro and micro theories, accounting, statistics and research methodologies.

You will have an edge, if you have:

• Experience working within airlines, aviation or related industry sectors.
• Practical knowledge of AI technologies and experience identifying and implementing AI solutions to address business and operational needs.
• Experience in business analysis within an operational or commercial function.
• Proven expertise in creating Centre of Excellence and driving strategy & best practices within Data Analytics and Technology Innovation.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
