As manager, HR industrial relations, you will lead the development and implementation of the Group's global industrial relations strategy across all business entities. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, HR Compensation & Benefits, you will serve as the subject matter expert for industrial relations, providing strategic advice to business executives, country HR & business leaders and guiding the wider organisation on all industrial relations matters.
You will proactively identify, assess and mitigate industrial relations risks across our global operations, partnering with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive business outcomes while supporting organisational objectives and maintaining constructive employee and representative relationships.
