Responsibilities

  • Build recruiter enablement programs for partner organizations
  • Create training materials, talk tracks, FAQs, templates, and objection-handling resources
  • Lead live training, webinars, and workshops for recruiter audiences
  • Support customer launches by helping recruiters understand how to position Clasp
  • Track recruiter engagement and identify opportunities to improve adoption
  • Partner with Marketing and Product to improve recruiter-facing materials and workflows
  • Gather recruiter feedback and turn it into practical improvements

Requirements

  • 5–9+ years of experience in recruiter enablement, talent acquisition, customer success, sales enablement, or partner enablement
  • Experience working with recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition teams
  • Self-starter capable of building and defining roles from the ground up
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with engaging presentation abilities
  • Experience creating enablement content such as playbooks, templates, decks, or trainings
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Practical, operator mindset with comfort building programs from scratch

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare recruiting, HR tech, or benefits experience
  • Experience supporting high-volume or hard-to-fill recruiting environments
  • Familiarity with student loan repayment or financial wellness programs
