You will lead regional technology enablement and service-delivery efforts across the firm's Middle East and Africa footprint.

YOUR IMPACT

You will work particularly closely with Dubai-based technology operations, vendors, logistics partners, device-flow owners, and service providers.

You will maintain a clear and visible engagement rhythm with Saudi Arabia, partnering with Riyadh and other Saudi stakeholders to ensure service quality, escalation coverage, and technology priorities are addressed with appropriate senior attention.

You will be part of the Workplace Technology Management / Technology Services & Support ecosystem, working across Middle East and Africa to strengthen technology enablement, service delivery, and operational consistency. You will partner closely with regional technology leadership, office leaders, Technology Success teams, product and journey teams, support teams, procurement and vendor-management partners, finance and compliance stakeholders, and local IT colleagues across priority markets.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to provide practical technology advice, bring local and market insights into the regional technology agenda, and ensure colleagues experience reliable, effective, and modern technology services. You will build trusted advisory relationships with the office leaders, functional leaders, senior stakeholders and regional technology colleagues.

You will monitor service trends, colleague feedback, adoption metrics, incidents and recurring issues to identify improvement opportunities. You will also provide clear reporting and insights that support leadership transparency while ensuring regional technology services align with firm standards.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience in IT, technology enablement, service management, technology operations, or a related field

8+ years of relevant experience, including regional technology leadership, service delivery, technology enablement, or operational leadership in a complex organization

Demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders, office leaders, vendors, distributed teams, and multi-country operating models

Strong understanding of enterprise technology services, workplace technology, collaboration tools, hybrid working needs, service operations, vendor coordination, logistics, and device management

Experience with technology adoption, change management, colleague experience, stakeholder engagement, and service improvement

Ability to manage technology risks, service escalations, compliance expectations, and operational dependencies across markets

Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to navigate ambiguity, exercise sound judgment, and operate autonomously at Green-level scope

Strong service orientation and colleague-experience mindset, with the ability to translate business needs into practical technology actions

Ability to coach, mentor, and build capability across local and regional technology colleagues
