Job Title: Marine Operations Coordinator (Temporary Contract)

Location: UAE
Contract Duration: 1–2 Months (Extendable based on business requirements)
Working Hours: 12-hour shifts (Day & Night Rotation)
Salary: AED 5,000 per month (Inclusive of all allowances)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Marine Operations Coordinator to support our port and vessel operations on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will coordinate vessel logistics, crew documentation, and port formalities while ensuring smooth communication between vessel operators, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the loading and offloading operations of service boats in coordination with vessel operators, suppliers, and the company's spares team.
  • Coordinate vessel-related logistics to ensure timely and efficient operational support.
  • Receive and assist crew members and vessel superintendents at the port gate, including arranging gate passes and providing immigration-related assistance.
  • Attend vessels at terminals, as required, to facilitate documentation, port formalities, and operational requirements.
  • Assist Boarding Officers with crew change documentation, including the preparation and attestation of Master's Declarations and other statutory documents.
  • Liaise with port authorities, immigration officials, terminal operators, and internal departments to ensure compliance with operational procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of vessel calls, crew movements, and operational documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, port regulations, and health, safety, and security requirements.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in shipping, marine agency, port operations, or vessel operations is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of vessel documentation, crew changes, immigration procedures, and port operations.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple operational tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts.
  • Male candidates preferred.
  • Any nationality may apply.
  • UAE driving license is an advantage.

Compensation

  • Salary: AED 5,000 per month (Inclusive of all allowances).
