Effective coordination with agencies, suppliers and hotel departments supports brand visibility, media coverage and commercial demand.Key ResponsibilitiesRequest and compare supplier quotations for printed marketing with Purchasing regarding outstanding requisitions and supplier requirements.Follow up on supplier invoices and help ensure timely payment processing.Collect press coverage and maintain an organized clipping archive.Maintain databases for media contacts, suppliers, event companies and influencers.Organize the hotel photo library and maintain accurate digital and manual filing systems.Respond professionally to questions received through hotel social media pages.Support the Marketing Manager with social media content planning and production.Track weekly social media performance and prepare clear activity summaries.Maintain influencer records for hotel stays, restaurant visits and promotional with preparation of the Marketing department 's annual budget.Monitor departmental expenses and compare ongoing performance against budget.Support preparation of marketing goals, strategic plans and departmental programs.Communicate media and priority guest stays to relevant hotel departments.Confirm that special media requirements are documented and in developing public relations and advertising design, layout and production with agencies and graphic designers.Support the production of stationery, advertisements, brochures and digital graphics.Help organize hotel photography and promotional content shoots.Monitor competitor promotions, offers, articles, advertising and communication activities.Track food and beverage trends and competitor campaigns in the United Arab Emirates market.Coordinate with appointed agencies on press releases, news items and photo captions.Assist with creating and updating property press kits.Develop working relationships with journalists, media representatives and local opinion leaders.Maintain databases of press contacts, international media and priority stakeholders.Support publicity for hotel positioning, promotions and corporate-image campaigns.Coordinate promotional partnerships with banks, airlines, embassies and other hotel websites and online travel agency pages for outdated keep online content relevant, accurate and commercially effective.Ensure marketing materials follow approved brand standards and policies.Attend scheduled meetings, training sessions and hotel activities.Maintain professional conduct, punctuality and effective cooperation with other departments.Ideal ProfileCandidates should have at least two years of experience in marketing, digital communications or a related professional area.
