Job Title: Marketing Intern / Marketing Associate (1–5 Years Experience)

(1 -2 Months Temp role)

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Marketing Intern or Marketing Associate who is eager to learn, experiment, and execute modern digital marketing strategies. In this role, you will support end-to-end marketing initiatives across paid advertising, content creation, automation, outreach, analytics, and growth projects for our consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Advertising & Paid Campaigns
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms.
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign performance metrics.
2. SEO & Organic Growth
  • Assist with keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and content optimization.
  • Improve rankings, impressions, and organic traffic.
  • Grow social media channels through consistent, engaging content.
3. Content Creation (Images & Videos)
  • Design marketing creatives using Canva, Figma, Adobe, or AI tools.
  • Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style).
  • Create high-engagement and brand-building content.
4. Marketing Automation & Outreach
  • Execute email campaigns, WhatsApp broadcasts, and CRM workflows (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.).
  • Set up automated sequences for large-scale outreach (subject to platform compliance).
5. Lead Generation & Data Sourcing
  • Source potential client contacts through ethical and permitted methods.
  • Manage large lead datasets (50K–100K+) using spreadsheets or CRM systems.
6. Client Outreach & Engagement
  • Run outbound campaigns to introduce services to prospects.
  • Craft personalized messages for email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp outreach.
7. Analytics & Reporting
  • Track KPIs for ads, content, email, and workflows.
  • Build simple reports/dashboards and share insights for improvement.
8. AI-Integrated Content Management
  • Use AI tools to generate SEO-friendly and engaging content.
  • Maintain content optimized for AI-driven search and discovery.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Understanding of landing pages, funnels, and A/B testing.
  • Knowledge of marketing compliance, privacy, and deliverability.
  • Strong research, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
  • Ability to repurpose long-form content into short-form micro-assets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Internship experience or 1–5 years in digital marketing.
  • Strong grasp of social media and current digital trends.
  • Good communication skills and design sense.
  • Fast learner with a willingness to adopt new tools and technologies.
