Mat Pilates Instructor
We are seeking a passionate, highly skilled, and fully certified Mat Pilates Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in guiding clients through intentional, high-quality Mat Pilates practices, delivering precise cueing, and designing engaging, safe, and effective movement programs.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead high-quality, engaging Mat Pilates sessions for clients of varying fitness levels.
* Provide clear verbal cueing, tactile corrections, and modifications for beginner to advanced participants.
* Assess individual client needs, physical limitations, and goals to deliver tailored adjustments.
* Maintain a professional, welcoming, and motivating environment for all participants.
* Ensure client safety and maintain proper alignment throughout all classes.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Certification: Fully certified Mat Pilates Instructor from a recognized international governing body (e.g., Balanced Body, STOTT / Merrithew, BASI, Polestar, or NPCP certified).
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional teaching experience in Mat Pilates.
* Credentials: Comprehensive understanding of functional anatomy, posture analysis, and exercise progression/regression.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
* Professionalism: High level of punctuality, client care, and a professional aesthetic/demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications
* Additional certifications in Pre/Post-natal Pilates or injury rehabilitation/special populations.
* First Aid & CPR certification (current).
