An internationally accredited hospital in Dubai is seeking experienced, Western-trained Medical and Surgical Nurses to join its dynamic and diverse nursing team. Key Responsibilities:

Provide safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care across medical and surgical inpatient units.
Monitor and evaluate patients' clinical conditions and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team.
Administer medications, perform clinical procedures, and support post-operative recovery as per physician orders and hospital protocols.
Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, surgical recovery, discharge instructions, and health promotion.
Ensure accurate documentation, adherence to care plans, and compliance with hospital standards and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain infection control and patient safety standards in all clinical areas.
Actively participate in continuing education, quality improvement initiatives, and hospital accreditation processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited Western institution (UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, or equivalent).
Minimum 2 years of recent post-registration experience in a medical/surgical ward within a hospital setting.
Eligible for or currently holding a DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license or eligibility letter.
BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment with a focus on patient dignity and clinical excellence.
