American Hospital Dubai is renowned for its high clinical standards, advanced medical technology, and commitment to continuous professional development — making this a truly rewarding place to build your career.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deliver safe, evidence-based, and compassionate nursing care to medical and surgical patients, ensuring individual needs are assessed and met throughout their stay.</li> <li>Perform regular patient assessments, accurately monitor vital signs, and document all clinical observations in a timely and thorough manner.</li> <li>Administer prescribed medications, IV fluids, and treatments in strict accordance with hospital protocols and patient safety standards.</li> <li>Collaborate proactively with physicians, surgeons, physiotherapists, and other allied health professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic patient care.</li> <li>Provide clear and empathetic education to patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, post-operative care, and discharge instructions.</li> <li>Maintain full compliance with hospital policies, infection prevention and control protocols, and patient safety regulations at all times.</li> <li>Respond rapidly and effectively to patient deterioration, escalating concerns through appropriate clinical pathways and participating in emergency response procedures.</li> <li>Support junior nursing staff and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the ward.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements & Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 3 years of recent clinical experience in a Medical Surgical Ward setting — this experience is mandatory.</li> <li>Currently registered as a nurse in your home country with a valid nursing licence.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) is required.</li> <li>DHA licence or DHA eligibility letter is highly desirable and will be a significant advantage.</li> <li>Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and critical thinking skills.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team in a busy, fast-paced hospital environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full Time  |  <strong>Industry:</strong> Healthcare | Hospitals | Nursing<br /><strong>Salary:</strong> AED 7,000 – 11,000/month (estimated)  |  <strong>Location:</strong> Dubai, UAE<br /><strong>Apply by sending your CV to:</strong> AHDUKrecruitment@ahdubai.com</p>
