Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound inquiries from members and future members across multiple channels including live chat, email and phone
  • Maintain a high-satisfaction rate and meet response time targets for chat and email
  • Assist members with inquiries concerning order issues, cooking, recipes, and account management
  • Communicate with empathy and prioritize member needs in all interactions
  • Report on member behavior, bugs, and generate content from analytics and anecdotes
  • Participate in continuous improvement weekly meetings and daily stand-ups

Requirements
