Merchandiser - Garment Manufacturing

Creative Platform, a full-service garment manufacturing and B2B fashion consultancy based in Dubai, is hiring a Senior merchandiser to manage orders from costing through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end order lifecycle: costing, sampling coordination, T&A calendars, and delivery

  • Liaise between clients, design, sampling, and production teams to keep orders on schedule

  • Source and track fabrics/trims (BOM) and follow up on lead times

  • Coordinate sample development (proto, fit, PP) with the sampling team to ensure buyer specs are met

  • Maintain accurate order trackers, costing sheets, and BOMs

  • Flag potential delays early and propose recovery plans

  • Liaise with QC to ensure inspection schedules and specs are followed

  • Provide regular status updates to management

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ merchandising experience in garment manufacturing or B2B fashion.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing, costing, BOM, and production timelines.

  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable liaising with clients and factory teams.

  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, detail-oriented

  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP experience a plus

  • Based in Dubai
