Multimedia Designer (Arabic Speaker Only)

Location: Dubai, UAE — Burj Al Salam Tower

Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview

The Multimedia Designer (Arabic) produces the design and video work that carries that platform across our MENA channels and supports the global creative team. You will design static and motion assets for paid campaigns, social, web, product and events — and you will own the quality of our Arabic-language creative end to end, from typography and right-to-left layout through to voiceover and on-screen copy.

This is a hands-on production role with real creative latitude. You will work alongside performance marketing, social, CRM, MENA sales and Compliance

Key Responsibilities1. Design & Brand Execution

  • Design marketing assets across the full range: paid social and display creative, landing page and website assets, email and CRM templates, presentations, brochures, and print collateral.
  • Produce product and interface visuals for MH Markets, working from wireframes or written briefs.
  • Apply and protect brand consistency across every channel and market including asset audits, template rebuilds and staged rollout.
  • Build and maintain reusable template systems so regional teams can localise routine assets without a new brief each time.

2. Video & Motion

  • Plan, shoot and edit video content for campaigns, social channels, events and internal communications — including studio and on-location shoots at our Dubai office.
  • Edit to a finished standard: cutting, colour correction, audio mixing, subtitling and platform-specific delivery.
  • Create motion graphics and animation — explainer sequences, data and chart animation, lower thirds, logo and transition systems.
  • Produce short-form vertical video as a primary format for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and regional platforms, not as an afterthought cut down from landscape.
  • Capture and edit event content, including the Dubai Forex Expo and regional seminars, with fast turnaround for same-day social publishing.

3. Arabic & MENA Localisation

  • Own Arabic creative quality across all formats — RTL layout and composition, Arabic typography and type pairing, correct rendering and diacritics, and natural on-screen copy.
  • Adapt global campaigns for MENA rather than translating them: casting, visual references, colour and symbolism, tone, and regional platform conventions.
  • Produce and quality-check Arabic subtitles, voiceover direction and supers for video content.
  • Work with MENA Sales and regional stakeholders to make sure creative lands correctly across UAE, GCC and wider MENA audiences.

4. Campaign & Cross-Functional Support

  • Work from performance marketing briefs to produce creative variants built for structured testing — multiple hooks, formats and treatments per campaign rather than a single execution.
  • Review creative performance data with the performance team and feed those learnings into the next round of production.
  • Support social, CRM, Academy and events teams with assets on agreed timelines, managing several concurrent workstreams.
  • Support expo and event activations with booth graphics, signage, printed collateral and branded merchandise artwork.

5. Compliance & Governance

  • Build required risk warnings, regulatory disclosures and licence references into creative from the outset, at legible sizes and placements — not added at the end as an afterthought.
  • Route creative containing trading statistics, performance figures, financial claims or promotional mechanics through Compliance before release.
  • Design within the restrictions that advertising platforms apply to regulated financial services, and keep pace with changes to those rules.
  • Maintain organised, version-controlled source files and a shared asset library so work is retrievable and auditable.

Required Qualifications

  • A portfolio demonstrating both strong static design and finished video work, including at least one Arabic-language campaign.
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud — Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects — or fully equivalent tooling.
  • Demonstrated command of Arabic typography and right-to-left layout, and the judgement to assess Arabic creative quality independently.
  • Competent camera and lighting operation for studio and location shoots, plus clean audio capture.
  • Sound grasp of layout, typography, colour and visual hierarchy, and the ability to hold a design system consistently across many assets.
  • Organised under concurrent deadlines, with clear communication across teams and a receptive approach to feedback and iteration.

Preferred

  • Experience in financial services, fintech, trading or another regulated category.
  • Familiarity with the advertising restrictions applied to financial services on Meta, Google, TikTok and regional platforms.
  • Figma proficiency for web and product design handoff.
  • Experience contributing to a rebrand or visual identity rollout.
  • 3D or advanced animation capability — Cinema 4D, Blender or similar.
  • Working knowledge of AI-assisted creative tools within a controlled brand workflow.
  • A third language relevant to our markets.
