Essential Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years childcare experience (non-negotiable)
  • Proven experience working with school-aged children
  • Experience housekeeping in UAE
  • Verifiable references must be provided
Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced, happy, and emotionally intelligent Live-In Nanny to care for our 5-year-old daughter, who is currently attending school. This is a child-focused, long-term role within a well-run household. While the child is at school, the nanny will assist with household tasks, working alongside an existing housekeeper.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consistent, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care for one child
  • Manage morning routines, school preparation, and after-school and weekend care.
  • Support evening routines including dinner support and bedtime preparation
  • Foster emotional wellbeing, confidence, independence, and positive behaviour
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate educational and creative activities
  • Assist with supportive household tasks during school hours, in coordination with the housekeeper
  • Accompany the child on outings when required; a driver is available
  • Maintain professional communication and report directly to the child’s mother
