They are looking for someone to take them through their whole first year and beyond, a minimum commitment of a year, with a genuine hope of much longer.The RoleThis is a supporting role alongside mum, who will be hands on throughout. You will not be in sole charge of the twins. You will work as a pair, sharing feeds, settling and the daily rhythm, with your experience guiding the routine as it takes shape.Full newborn care for twins from birth: feeding, settling, sleep routines, and helping establish the structure that makes twin life work. The family are looking for someone who has done this before and brings real confidence to the newborn stage.The role includes overnight support, with rest built in during the day so you are never running on empty. One full day off each week, plus proper breaks across the day.
