Night Shift B2B Reservations & Operations Specialist – Ukrainian Speaker | Dubai Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment: Full-time, office-based

Working hours: Approximately 6:30 p.m.–2:30 a.m. Dubai time

Pure Escapes is looking for an experienced Ukrainian-speaking B2B Reservations & Operations Specialist to join our Dubai team and manage our evening and overnight reservations function. This is a key position for a highly capable travel professional who understands the pace, accuracy and level of service required when handling luxury bookings for international B2B travel partners. You will support our global network of travel agencies outside standard Dubai office hours, managing new enquiries, urgent booking requests, amendments and operational matters.

Who we are looking for The ideal candidate will have strong, hands-on reservations experience gained within:

A luxury DMC A B2B travel company A tour operator or travel wholesaler A luxury travel agency A hotel group or resort reservations department A central reservations office

You should understand the complete reservations process, including availability, room and villa categories, rates, special offers, booking conditions, amendments, cancellations and pre-arrival arrangements. Key responsibilities

Manage new reservation enquiries, confirmations, amendments and cancellations

Respond promptly to urgent requests from international B2B travel partners

Communicate directly with hotels, resorts, transfer providers and other suppliers

Check availability, rates, offers, restrictions and booking conditions

Follow up on pending confirmations and ensure partners receive timely updates

Handle complex and high-value luxury bookings accurately and professionally

Resolve last-minute operational matters calmly and efficiently

Maintain accurate and complete booking records in the company CRM

Ensure all bookings follow Pure Escapes’ internal procedures and commercial policies

Escalate urgent or commercially sensitive cases when required

Prepare a detailed handover for the daytime reservations and operations teams

Maintain Pure Escapes’ exceptional service standards at all times Essential experience and skills

Strong reservations experience within the travel or hospitality industry

Previous experience in a B2B travel environment is strongly preferred

Solid understanding of hotel and resort booking processes

Experience communicating with hotels, suppliers and professional travel partners

Fluent written and spoken Ukrainian

Excellent written and spoken English

Russian language skills are highly desirable

Exceptional attention to detail

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage several urgent requests simultaneously

Confidence working independently during evening and overnight hours

Experience using CRM, reservations or travel booking systems

Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai
