About the roleWe are looking for an experienced On-site Supervisor to manage the day‑to‑day operations of our high‑end residential and commercial renovation sites in Dubai Silicon Oasis. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors and site crews to ensure work is delivered to the highest quality, on schedule and in full compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Key responsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate workers and subcontractors on‑site.Support Project Managers in planning and executing work schedules.Create and manage daily and weekly project timelines and task lists.Ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials to avoid delays.Enforce site safety protocols and maintain regulatory compliance.Maintain accurate site records and daily reports.Prepare weekly progress updates for clients.Participate in site meetings and provide timely feedback on project status.Required profileProven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in Dubai’s renovation/construction industry.Familiarity with NOC procedures in Dubai.Valid UAE driver’s license and own vehicle.Strong knowledge of construction practices and safety standards.Ability to read and interpret drawings, schedules, and technical plans.Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and capable of working independently.Required skillsMicrosoft OfficeProject management toolsWhat we offerFuel reimbursementUAE employment visaCollaborative and professional work environmentOpportunities for growth and career development
