Role: Siemens Opcenter MES Location: Canada / Remote Duration: Long-term Contract Job Descriptions: - Key Responsibilities Installation & Infrastructure: Perform Opcenter Core and Electronics installation; design high-availability architecture (multi-app servers, DB servers, license server) and disaster recovery setup. Workflow & UI Customization: Configure workflows, customize CDO fields, and publish UI changes using Designer and Portal Studio. Integration: Implement and manage integrations with PLM, ERP (SAP), and CN MOM (inbound/outbound, XML modeling, broker services). Ensure smooth OLTP-to-ODS data flow and configure ODS. Mendix Development: Develop and customize Mendix UI, link Mendix with Core, and manage data population during customization. Security & Access Management: Configure SSO, manage user roles, and automate employee creation via Active Directory. Upgrade & Deployment: Define and execute upgrade strategies, including backup/restore and production rollout. Document & Media Management: Handle supported document formats, store 3D images, and integrate Teamcenter for document management. CLM & PLM Integration: Implement CLM (Closed Loop Manufacturing) with PLM and Core, including work instruction transfers. Camstar Configuration: Configure CN MOM objects and workflows in Camstar. Transaction Management: Validate and troubleshoot transactions across integrated systems. Skills Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL, Mendix. Strong knowledge of Opcenter Execution Core, CN MOM configuration, XML modeling, and ODS architecture. Experience with high-availability architecture and disaster recovery planning. Familiarity with document management and 3D visualization tools in Opcenter. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills. Experience: Experience in MES/Opcenter implementation. Proven track record with Opcenter Core, Electronics, Mendix, and CN MOM. Strong background in system integration (PLM, ERP, SAP).
