Operation manager(Pest control Company)

Company Profile:We are launching a new, premium pest control company in Dubai and are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager with sales experience who can run the full day-to-day operation from the start. This is a full-time, high-ownership role for someone who wants to grow into senior leadership as the company scales quickly. We are building the company from zero, and our founders have already built several successful companies across different industries in the UAE and internationally. Our goal is to replicate the success we had in other businesses to Pest Control and build a top 10 pest-control player in the UAE within the next 3 years. We need someone experienced, highly technical, ambitious, and hungry someone who wants to grow with us, take ownership, and help scale the company rapidly.RESPONSIBILITIES- Oversee daily field operations and manage technician schedules- Serve as (or become) the Dubai Municipality Certified Technical Supervisor- Conduct site surveys, inspections, and prepare treatment plans- Manage inbound inquiries, prepare quotations & support sales- Attend client meetings and represent the company professionally- Ensure all operations comply with DM regulations and documentation standards- Manage chemical inventory, equipment, PPE, and vehicle readiness- Train, supervise, and evaluate technicians- Build strong relationships with commercial & residential clients- Track KPIs, daily jobs, quality metrics and operational performanceREQUIREMENTS- Dubai Municipality Certified Pest Control Supervisor OR ability to obtain certification quickly- 35 years of UAE pest control experience- Strong knowledge of IPM, chemicals, equipment & DM compliance- Experience managing technicians and field operations- Strong communication and customer-handling skills- Valid UAE driving license- English required; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu are an advantagePREFERRED- Experience in sales, quotations, AMC proposals- Familiarity with CRM or field service management software- Ability to operate independently and thrive in a startup environmentBENEFITS- Competitive salary performance bonuses- Leadership growth path (Head of Operations / General Manager)- High autonomy and decision-making authority
