Operations Control Center Officer
Position OverviewThe Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai is hiring an Operations Control Center Officer to manage the EC3 systems linked to operational control centers across the Emirate. The role ensures smooth and safe operations of Dubai's multimodal transportation network by monitoring traffic, metro, bus, tram, marine, and taxi services, responding to incidents, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The position requires strong technical, analytical, and communication skills to support 24/7 operational readiness.
