About the Opportunity

Emirates European Medical Centre has been providing trusted healthcare services in Dubai since 2008. We are looking for a reliable, highly organised intern to support the Operations Manager with the daily administrative and operational work of our chiropractic and multidisciplinary medical centre.

This is a practical, hands-on role for someone who enjoys organising tasks, following up, keeping records accurate and helping a busy clinic run smoothly. The successful candidate will support established clinic operations and will be trusted with confidential business information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update task trackers, follow-up lists and Monday.com boards.
  • Follow up with suppliers, service providers and internal team members on pending actions.
  • Collect quotations, prepare simple comparisons and organize supporting documents.
  • Prepare professional emails, meeting notes, simple reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, reminders and deadlines for the Operations Manager.
  • Organise digital files, contracts, policies and operational records.
  • Assist with staff schedules, checklists and routine clinic administration when required.
  • Track outstanding tasks and provide clear status updates without waiting to be reminded.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

The Right Candidate

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in business administration, healthcare management, project management or a related field.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and dependable.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with Monday.com, ClickUp, Notion or similar tools is an advantage.
  • Confident writing professional emails and communicating with different stakeholders.
  • Able to prioritise, follow instructions carefully and complete tasks on time.
  • Proactive and resourceful, while understanding when approval is required.
  • UAE-based with a valid visa or eligibility for a training permit.
