About Us
Time Express Parcels is a rapidly growing logistics company in the UAE, specializing in fast and reliable last-mile delivery solutions. As we continue to expand our distribution network, we are looking for a highly driven Operations Executive to lead and optimize our delivery operations.

Role Overview
Operations Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery operations, overseeing fleet performance, and ensuring high service standards. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong experience in high-volume logistics environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee last-mile delivery operations and driver fleet
  • Ensure efficient route planning, dispatch, and delivery execution
  • Monitor key KPIs such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), delivery success rate, and cost efficiency
  • Implement and improve SOPs for sorting, dispatch, and delivery processes
  • Collaborate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and training of drivers
  • Handle manpower planning, especially during peak seasons
  • Maintain safety standards and compliance across fleet operations
  • Drive continuous improvement using data analysis and performance insights
  • Ensure excellent customer experience from dispatch to final delivery

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in logistics or last-mile delivery operations
  • Prior experience with Amazon (AMZL) or similar high-volume logistics operations preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce or courier/logistics companies
  • Knowledge of UAE delivery operations and compliance
  • Familiarity with routing software and delivery management systems
