We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our esteemed hotel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel operations, demonstrating strong leadership and a commitment to guest satisfaction.Qualifications & Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in hotel operations.
- At least 3–5 years in a managerial role (e.g., Assistant General Manager, Operations Manager).
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic computer hardware/software troubleshooting skills.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
- Guest-centric mindset with attention to detail.
- Hotel Operations & Administration : Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring compliance with standards and policies.
- Guest Relations & Satisfaction : Foster a culture of exceptional guest service; address guest complaints and feedback effectively.
- Revenue & Budget Management : Develop and manage budgets, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and control costs.
- Team Leadership & Staff Training : Lead, mentor, and train staff to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Front Office & Reservation Management : Manage front office operations, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Event Coordination & Banquet Support : Oversee the planning and execution of events and banquets, ensuring seamless service.
- Cost Control & Vendor Management : Monitor operational costs and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and efficiency.
- PMS & MS Office Proficiency : Utilize PMS and MS Office tools to enhance operational efficiency and reporting.
- Fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
- May require weekend, holiday, and shift work.
