Job Summary

We are hiring Operator Helpers to assist machine and equipment operators with daily operational activities at project sites. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, hardworking, and willing to work in a site-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist operators in the safe and efficient operation of machinery and equipment.

  • Support loading, unloading, positioning, and handling of tools and materials.

  • Help operators during machine setup and routine operational activities.

  • Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized.

  • Assist with basic equipment checks and report any issues to the operator or supervisor.

  • Follow all workplace safety procedures and instructions.

  • Coordinate with operators and other site workers to ensure smooth operations.

  • Perform other operational support duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Previous experience as an Operator Helper or in a similar industrial/site role will be preferred.

  • Candidates should be physically fit and comfortable performing manual work.

  • Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.

  • Willingness to work in a team and in a site-based environment.

  • Responsible, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
