Gender: Any Candidate Nationality: Any Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities * Analyze and document finance business requirements across general ledger, encumbrance, budgetary control, payables, receivables, collections, bill management, fixed assets, cash management, projects, tax, and GRC areas. * Conduct business process reviews, gather finance requirements, and design functional solutions aligned with Oracle Finance best practices. * Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Finance applications for enterprise finance operations. * Support Oracle E-Business Suite Finance modules, including production issue resolution, configuration support, patching, testing, and performance improvement. * Design and deliver custom finance solutions, system enhancements, workflows, and reporting improvements to optimize business operations. * Work with Oracle support, technical teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage service requests and resolve configuration, data, or integration issues. * Conduct user training, support change management, and guide business users through new processes, system upgrades, and finance transformation activities. * Perform UAT, SIT, integration testing, unit testing support, and automation testing contributions for Oracle Finance environments. * Develop and deliver finance reports using Oracle OTBI, BI Publisher, Financial Studio, Smart View, PL-SQL, and approved reporting tools. * Manage and maintain finance master data, including customers, banks, bank accounts, and related financial records in Oracle EBS and Fusion environments. * Support data cleansing, migration, validation, reconciliation, and testing during upgrades, coexistence models, and finance system modernization. * Collaborate with functional leads, IT teams, and business users to gather data requirements, validate data quality, and maintain accurate documentation. * Ensure compliance with audit requirements, data governance standards, shared services guidelines, and proper finance documentation controls. * Troubleshoot finance data issues, identify inconsistencies, provide reporting insights, and support users on data management best practices. * Lead or support migration of legacy integration interfaces and design end-to-end integrations between finance modules and other enterprise systems. * Maintain integration documentation, libraries, touchpoints, data mappings, and interface specifications in line with platform changes. * Promote integration governance, finance data integrity, synchronization, and consistency across cloud ERP and on-premise hybrid environments. Ideal Profile * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. * Master's degree is an added advantage. * Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle implementation projects, preferably within finance transformation, ERP reporting, data, and integration workstreams. * Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Finance and Oracle E-Business Suite Finance modules. * Good understanding of finance business areas such as GL, payables, receivables, fixed assets, cash management, projects, tax, budgetary control, collections, and GRC. * Strong knowledge of Oracle Finance reporting tools, including BI Publisher, OTBI, Financial Studio, and Smart View. * Proficiency in PL-SQL and BI Publisher for data extraction, reporting, validation, and issue investigation. * Ability to interpret finance process requirements and translate them into functional solutions and technical specifications. * Experience with automation testing tools, Oracle FDI, Oracle FAW, Oracle EPM Cloud modules, EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, or EDMCS will be an advantage. * Proven experience managing finance master data, data quality, data cleansing, migration, and compliance documentation. * Skilled in cloud ERP integrations, third-party application connectivity, APIs, middleware, data mapping, interface design, and full testing cycles. * Oracle Finance professional certification is preferred.
